Shopping Basics

You can keep an item up to 3 months in an air tight container.
Please don’t refrigerate and keep away from direct sunlight or heat.
Cold porcelain is available if you want to keep for a few years.

Ideally, its best to pickup if you can as this means there is no chance of any damage to your products. All local pickups are in Randwick NSW.

The next best method is Australia Post Express. With reduced handling times, there is very low probability for damages to occur.

In some cases such as a lockdown, I may also use “Sendle” parcel post.

Once your item is made and dried fully enough to post, I will pack them very carefully to prevent any damages that can occur during shipping.

Unfortunately I can’t take any responsibilities for damages caused during shipping.

No, l don’t accept any returns .

Yes, I ship some small scale items to New Zealand. If your are from another country and wish to buy, please send me an email s0 we can check what is the best way to send it to you.

Payments

Once you finish the payment your items are booked in. You can cancel the order within 24 hours.

All items include 10% GST.

Shipping & Returns

It takes 5 days to finish a product set. It takes 3 days for a single item. This includes drying time as well (we can’t post an item until it is dry).

So please place your order as early as you can. 2 weeks of minimum notice is the best as there could be multiple bookings already in place.

We usually make a refund within 24 hours.

You can cancel the order within 24 hrs. To make changes, please send us an email to info@temptingart.com.au with details.
